Understanding the interrelationships between IT and business management will be the key to success in the 21st century
Worldwide enterprise management solution provider, BMC Software Korea (http:/www.bmc.com/korea) held the company's annual "BMC Customer Days 2005" over two days, from Dec. 9 through 10, in Daemyung Vivaldi Park, Hongcheon, Gangwon Province.
At this BMC Customer Days 2005, BSM (business service management) strategy, and introduction to its approach methods were presented along with construction conferences of several industry fields. Through this, participants have come to share information to confirm corporate system and affairs management, performance management's diverse techniques and effects by way of BMC Software Korea's solution introduction examples, the company said.
In its keynote speech, BMC Software Korea explained: "In the globalized economy of the 21st century, effective IT support is proving to be an indispensable requirement for company growth. It is thus becoming more and more important to understand how IT and businesses affect and influence each other."
An official responsible for BSM at this company added that a number of companies are adapting BSM Software's BSM method for the purpose of TCO (effect compared with expenses) and operation efficiency maximization.
BMC Customer Days 2005 was divided into two tracks, which announced business service management strategy, introduction about its approach method and presented success construction references of several industry fields which were embodied with ITSM technology.
