In the bio-pharmaceutical field, YUNSUNG F&C wants to be commissioned to supply, design, and construct a total system for the preparation of CIP(Cleaning In Place) /SIP(Sterilization In Place). Its CIP system is either fixed or movable and strictly follows ASME BPE regulations. The SIP can maintain its operation with stability by applying GAMP5, cleaning automation. The company offers Bio-Waste Inactivation System and IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) system for solid dosage plants, which all come with plenty of benefits.
Regarding food and chemical systems, YUNSUNG F&C introduces its patented Thermo Plate that features greater than 10% increase in energy efficiency, structural strength, excellent thermal and mechanical performance, no risk of leaks, etc. There are also PCS (Pneumatic Conveying System) and IBC.
For a rechargeable 2nd battery, powder feeding & formulation system, mixers, tanks, and PD mixers are available.
