KT is bracing for offering the WiBro pilot service and commercialization for general people. KT organized a workshop with mobile Internet business partner companies in Seoul on March 23 and checked preparations for successful WiBro pilot service and its commercialization. At the workshop, about 50 business partners, including Samsung Electronics, Kisan Telecom, KTH and IntroMobile, participated. KT bolstered its cooperation ties with business partners by sharing opinions on the basic strategy for the portable Internet business and various ways for successful commercialization of the WiBro service. As part of its program for mutual survival with small and medium-sized companies, KT plans to extend financial supports to them and seek joint projects to advance into overseas markets.
