Granado Espada, a fantasy-themed MMORPG set in the modern European world, is a revolutionary attempt by IMC Games, a development house formed by Kim Hak-kyu, Korea's most famed developer. He and his development team were originally the creative minds behind the Ragnarok.
Granado Espada features many unconventional elements compared with other MMORPG's in the market in a slogan of 'return to the very root of RPG.' The most distinctive feature of the game is the 'MCC,' Multi-Character Control system, in which players can control multiple characters of various classes up to three at a time. Players can create up to 12 characters, all of whom belong to their 'family clan.'
