SEOUL, KOREA - Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to announce a special three-month promotion showcasing water eel and sea bass for the months of June through August.
In Japan, grilled eel is said to give stamina to people during the hot summer and is eaten often. In fact, there is even a special holiday in Japan when all the locals eat eel to restore their waning energies. Regarded as one of the best nutritious food for the human body, eel is also believed to enhance beauty, especially when consumed by women.
Sea bass is a superb sweet, white, textured fish that is versatile and flavourful. Sea bass is a good source of protein and is high in Vitamin B6, Magnesium and Phosphorus.
Genji’s menu will feature two special menus in addition to its regular offerings. Each menu will showcase either water eel or sea bass. Available at both lunch and dinner, these delicacies are a healthy choice this summer.
The Water Eel Menu (KW180,000) will feature ten courses including sashimi, grilled dish, a daily special, fried dish and more. The Sea Bass Menu (KW105,000) will feature ten courses including sashimi, steamed dish, tamamushi, vinegared dish, dessert and more.
Genji offers the best in Japanese dining with its new Sushi bar, impressive Teppanyaki tables, unique Tatami rooms and private dining rooms, all amidst an elegant and temporary setting.
