Seoul, Korea - "KONEX, the stock market exclusively for the small-and-mid enterprises was opened on July 1st and started its trade to materialize the vision of Park Administration – becoming the financial artery for SMEs.
The initial trading prices of the 11 companies out of the 21 listed had been formed immediately after the exchange’s opening, and the initial trading prices of 6 companies, including Fuel Cell, Standard Firm, and Yellow Pay, were four times greater than their valuation prices.
ITCEN Systems (360.5%), Yellow Pay (360%), BNS Media (337.13%), Standard Firm (300.31%) and Hironic (359.35%) closed the day with more than 300% increase from their initial valuation prices. Daejoo ENT closed the day at 7,520 Won, 9.83% lower from its valuation price, together with Terra Tech (-10.00%) and SNP (-3.19%).
The 21 companies listed to KONEX are comprised of 5 bio, 4 semiconductor equipment, 3 software and 2 automotive parts companies. The KONEX gathers the number of shares and prices offered by the sellers and buyers in every 30 minutes and trades the matching offers in the unit quantity of 100 shares. A person who wishes to trade in KONEX needs to have at least 300 million Won balances."
코넥스 첫 거래 종목별 희비 엇갈려
박근혜정부의 국정비전인 창조경제를 실현할 금융동맥이라 할 수 있는 중소기업 전용 주식시장 `코넥스(KONEX)`가 1일 출범해 첫날 거래를 시작했다.
상장 전 평가액 대비 주가에 따라 21개 `상장 1호` 회사 희비가 엇갈렸다. 개장 직후 코넥스시장에 상장된 21개 종목 가운데 11개 종목의 시초가가 형성됐다. 이 중 아이티센시스템즈와 아진에스텍, 퓨얼셀, 스탠다드펌, 옐로페이, 하이로닉 6개 종목이 평가가격과 비교해 4배가 넘는 시초가가 형성됐다.
아이티센시스템즈는 최초 평가가격보다 360.51% 상승한 1만8950원으로 거래를 마쳤고, 옐로페이(360%), 하이로닉(359.35%), 비앤에스미디어(337.13%), 스탠다드펌(300.315)은 300% 이상 급등했다. 아진엑스텍(241.91%), 에스에이티이엔지(210.30%), 엘앤케이바이오(293.09%), 퓨얼셀(241.16%), 피엠디아케데미(151.78%), 이엔드디(143.90%) 등도 강한 모습을 기록했다. 대주이엔티는 평가가격 대비 9.83% 하락한 7520원으로 거래를 마쳤고, 테라텍(-10.00%), 에스엔피(-3.19%) 등도 약세로 거래를 마감했다.
코넥스 시장의 21개 상장사는 바이오(5개사), 반도체장비(4개사), 소프트웨어(3개사), 자동차부품(2개사) 등 다양한 업종으로 구성돼 있다. 매매 방식은 30분마다 매도자와 매수자가 제시한 수량과 가격을 모아 서로 맞는 가격에 거래를 체결하는 단일가 경쟁매매고, 매매단위는 100주다. 개인이 코넥스 시장에 투자하려면 기본 예탁금이 3억원 이상이어야 한다.
