SEOUL, KOREA - Nexon Japan carried out a strategic equity investment in a U.S. multi-platform-based game developer Rumble Entertainment.
Rumble, led by game veterans, including CEO Greg Richardson who has 15 years of experience in this area, is engaged in social game development and services. Founded in 2011, Rumble has many developers who previously worked at Zynga, Activision, BioWare, Blizzard, Playdom, Electronic Arts, Turbine, LucasArts, and RockYou. They have been engaged in development of a variety of platforms and social network-based games.
Rumble is providing a variety of game services in various genres ranging from MMO games to console games, social games, and mobile games. Among its flagship games are an action RPG “Kings Road,” an FPS game “Ballistic,” and a multi-playable tower defense game “Nightmare Guardians.”
