SEOUL, KOREA -KSTEC will participate in the 2013 Tsingtao Software Fair, exhibiting the “SynkPlant APS” solutions at the pavilion for Korean software (SW) companies. In addition, KSTEC will also have a briefing session of SW products for Chinese information and Technology (IT) professionals on the first day of the fair.
The Tsingtao Fair, hosted by the Tsingtao Economy Information Committee and sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information and the Institute of Science and Technology, will exhibit SW solutions from global IT corporations and Chinese SW enterprises. The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency’s (KOTRA) Beijing trade building encouraged Korean SW companies to take part in the fair in an effort to strengthen supports for the SW industry. KSTEC and 8 other Korean companies will display the excellence of Korean SW products for the people of the world to see . This is the second foreign exhibition event Korean SW companies have participated in under the auspices of KOTRA. KSTEC took part in the “China’s International SW Fair” last May in Beijing.
KESTEC’s “SyncPlant APS” is a system for production planning and job scheduling and was patented for the job scheduling method in discontinuous manufacturing processes in 2013. This system can be applied to almost all manufacturing domains including semi conductors, displays, automobiles, steel, heavy industry, and others. It enables mid and short-term production planning, easy data entry, quick Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis, as well as scenario comparison.
Lee Seung-do, the CEO of KSTEC, said “The Chinese market will generate a lot of demands for the manufacturing field based upon its robust domestic consumption.” He went on to add, “With its advanced visualization technology and Business Rule Management System (BRMS) optimization skill, KSTEC will spur to break into the China market.”
