The day before the ceremony, the delegation accompanying Mr. Chen of CSCEC will pay a visit to Prime Minister Jung Hong-won with the officials of the Chinese Embassy in Seoul and discuss ways to expand bilateral cooperation in the construction area.
Earlier on the 17th, El-City PFV had signed a construction contract with the world's third largest contractor. Lee Soo-cheol, vice chairman of El-City PFV, said, "As the Chinese investors on the resort will be given the privilege of temporary stay visas and full permanent resident visas after five years, we will focus on our marketing effort on potential investors in China."
