LONDON, UK - The ITSM Review Tools Universe Report 2014 has awarded Axios Systems ITSM tool assyst the maximum possible score for overall functionality and highlights its strength for delivering value to large and international organizations.

The report evaluates 19 ITSM software vendors - looking at functional capabilities, end user interaction, integrations, reporting and data analysis, business synergy, licensing and framework alignment. “The ITSM Tools Universe provides an independent and unbiased view of solution capabilities within the ITSM arena and provides our opinion on which we deem to be Leaders, Competitors and Followers” says Martin Thompson, Founder of The ITSM Review.

The report places Axios Systems’ assyst ITSM solution as a Leader, suitable for use by large organizations to deliver service management in IT and across multiple business areas. The Tools Universe Lead Analyst Rebecca Beach states “Axios Systems product assyst is an extremely mature and versatile ITSM service management (ITSM) solution.” Rebecca highlights “assystNET’s self-service functionality makes the solution a particularly strong option for enterprise service management.”

“Receiving a perfect score for overall functionality, alignment to standard frameworks and integrations and further scoring in the inter-quartile range for ease of use, and ability to customize to customer requirements, assyst performed strongly.” The report continues “We believe that the clean and modern look of assyst will also provide businesses with the opportunity to extend the solution outside of IT into business areas such as Customer Services, Human Resources etc. This together with assyst offering a good level of customization in-house, in our opinion, makes the solution fit for not only standard ITSM use, but also enterprise service management.”

“The report’s findings further cement our reputation as a market leader, emphasizing our solution’s depth of functionality, innovation and suitability for large organizations. We are at the forefront of the ITSM market and increasingly we’re enabling our customers to replicate the successes of service management within IT into other areas of their businesses, for example HR, finance, facilities, legal, sales and marketing.” said Tasos Symeonides, CEO at Axios Systems

Axios System’s assyst ITSM software is a comprehensive solution for enterprise-class organizations that are facing the challenges of managing IT in a global market. Using Web 2.0 technology, assyst delivers powerful service management and support functionality to IT people and business people via a device-agnostic digital interface – accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphone to support the variety of different workforce contexts that are emerging. By augmenting traditional IT data and process management with new social collaboration, multichannel, gamification and knowledge management tools, assystmakes service management software more user-friendly, efficient and effective. By increasing engagement between IT people and business people, IT becomes integral to business operations and vice-versa – with a positive impact on alignment, productivity and value.
