TOKYO, JAPAN - SATO, a leader in barcode printing, labeling, and EPC/RFID solutions, and Altrax Group, a leader in traceability solutions for the healthcare environment, Bristol, UK, co-announced today that Medical device manufacturer Stryker Europe has adopted SATO’s PJM* RFID solutions in their Swedish distribution centre.
Prior to the Nordic countries, Stryker Europe has introduced PJM RFID solutions at its main distribution centres in UK, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Italy, following successful deployment in Australia and New Zealand.
Having acquired Magellan Technology, inventor of the unique PJM RFID technology in December 2013, SATO now continues to pursue the research and development of the same technology from Sydney, Australia while rapidly expanding its business of implant logistics management solutions in Asia and Europe.
