Cho Hwan-ik, the president of KOTRA, signed a donation agreement with 'Save the Children', an international non-profit organization at the KOTRA headquarters in Yeomgok-dong on Dec 15. Through this agreement, KOTRA will donate a part of its revenue from its newly launching international survey service, "Global Online Survey" to 'Save the Children.' The donations will be used to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation around the world. President Cho also donated a KOTRA point card worth 10 million won to 'Save the Children' to be used for local children who lives under poverty. He said, "In order to raise the standing of a country, it is important to share. In the future, Korea Business Centers (KBC) stationed around the globe will also carry out their social responsibilities for their designated countries."
