LOS ANGELES, Oct. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE/Korea IT Times) -- Kange Corp,  whose symbol (KGNR) is proud to provide a Shareholder update as to our progress in pursuit of our Business Plan.

On October 2nd  2017 Kange Corp entered into a LOI with John Textor and Evolution/AI Corporation to explore the possibility of an Acquisition of  their Technology and Assets. Mr. Textor stated:

“Evolution AI is a developer of Hyper- Realistic Digital Humans and related Technology of Interactive Artificial Intelligence Applications.”

Mr. Textor was and is involved with the groundbreaking and believable Digital Humans such as the Tupac Hologram, Virtual Michael Jackson and The Academy Award Winning character Benjamin Button. 

Dr. Malone stated “ I am excited for the opportunity to explore a working relationship with such established Individuals and hopeful that the Vision of Evolution AI and Kange Corp will come together as one.”

We shall keep all our Shareholders abreast as we continue forward.
