On March 22, 2010, it was announced that NHN Business Platform Co. (NBP) and IBM Korea will implement a project for the purpose of IT service management and ITSM consulting. And once the project is finished, they hope to extend their global business and optimize their IT service management system.
By constructing this new system, NBP wants to provide their customers with a simple IT service management system. They also want to reinforce the infrastructure of the IT management and its capabilities to make a model NBP business center. With this project, they want to provide an easy-to-use system by procuring the right service and having diverse capabilities.
Kim Jung-hoon, NBP's head of IT management stated, "Once this service management is completed, it will contribute and reinforce NBP's IT infrastructure and management capabilities. This project will provide continuous and long term quality customer service. With our partnership with IBM Korea, we will strive to satisfy all our customer's needs."
