NARO is going to blast off today at around 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Today, in the morning, the Russian-Korean test board reviewed the technical status for preparations of launch. And the board has confirmed that NARO has the right conditions for the launch and they estimated from 17:01 to 17:45 would be the best time to blast off in order to avoid the potential of conflicts with the American explorer satellite and unidentified space objects.
At around 13:30 and 15:30, the board flies an air force plane over the space center to check the weather situation and decides.
