Kyung Dong Navien said on Dec. 15 that it has been selected for the third consecutive time in the Russian People’s Brand heating system category.
The "Russian People's Brand," organized by the Russian National Brand Organizing Committee and the Russian Federal Chamber of Commerce, is the highest brand-related award given to products that have been recognized as the most recognizable and best quality in Russia.
In particular, it is seen as an indicator of the brand's status in the Russian market because consumers directly participate through the Internet and telephone over a long period of time.
This year, more than 300,000 consumers participated in the vote in person, and Navien has won the award for the third consecutive time with an overwhelming 52.8 percent approval rating.
Kyung Dong Navien has been honored to be named the national brand for the third consecutive time since it was appointed the first winner as soon as the heating equipment division was established in 2016. In particular, the company also secured the right for the permanent use of "National Brand Mark,” which is given only to the winners for the third consecutive time.
Russia traditionally has a high preference for European brands. However, Kyung Dong Navien has reached the top of the wall-hanging gas boiler sector by introducing locally optimized products based on its technological prowess, the company said.
