Netmarble, which declared its own Intellectual Property Rights (IP) strengthening starting with "A3: Steel Alive" this year, announced on June 17 that it will also step up efforts to diversify its platforms through consoles and PC online other than mobile devices and expand its global competitiveness.

At the 4th NTP (4th Netmarble Together with Press) in 2018, Netmarble announced its plan to expand its platform by expanding its business area to secure future competitiveness. The results of this are expected to be visible from the second half of this year.

First of all, Netmarble is preparing for its first console game "Seven Knights – Time Wanderer", which utilizes its own IP "Seven Knights" in the second half of this year.

The Seven Knights switch version received much industry attention at the time of its release, combining Netmarble's core IP with its first console title. Users are also highly excited as some of the videos were released for the first time on Nintendo's game presentation broadcast "Nintendo Direct" held in March.

"Seven Knights – Time Wander" features the adventures of Vanessa, the eighth member of the Seven Knights, to go back home after falling into the twisting of time and space.

The single-play RPG, which greets the ending through its own storyline, will provide a unique fun, with Seven Knights heroes joining as colleagues in the middle of the adventure.

As part of its platform expansion strategy, Netmarble has also invested a 30 percent stake in Neostream, the developer of "Little Devil Inside," which is being developed as a PC steam and console game.

The game is an action adventure RPG with a survival concept that deals with the fictional Victorian era. The user becomes a fallen aristocrat employed by a Ph.D. who studies monsters and mysteries, and explores all over the world.

"Little Devil Inside" was selected as the launching title at an online presentation event for PlayStation 5 (PS5) by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) on June 11 (local time). A new video featuring story elements has also been released as the only Korean game in the lineup to be released on the same day.

Based on HTML5, "Mad World," which can be played on all platforms such as PCs and mobile devices, is also considered as an expected multi-platform game. In August last year, Netmarble signed a global publishing contract for MMORPG 'Mad World', which is being developed by JANDISOFT.

Based on hand-painted 2D quarterview graphics, Madworld is an MMORPG that tells the story of humans struggling to survive in a world where civilization is destroyed and demon-dominated.

This game allows users to enjoy MMORPG more easily and comfortably without installing clients as well as play on all platforms.

Meanwhile, on June 18, Netmarble will release "Stone Age World," a game that reinterprets the original PC online game "Stone Age" IP as a mobile turn system MMORPG, simultaneously globally.

The company is also preparing to launch "Seven Knights 2," a mobile MMORPG using Netmarble's flagship hit IP "Seven Knights," and "Magumagu 2020," a mobile game using South Korea's leading PC online baseball game "Magumagu," which has been in service since 2006.
