1. The Ministry is keeping an eye on the situation.
2. The Ministry will closely analyze the effects on the South Korean economy, and fully respond to them.
3. The Ministry will monitor the domestic and global economic and financial situations in real-time.
4. The South Korean government will be prepared for any possible changes through its Emergency Economic Meetings and Crisis Management Meetings.
5. South Korea will fully cooperate with its allies and credit rating agencies through closer consultations.

1. The minister of strategy and finance, Bahk Jae-wan called Crisis Management Meeting on December 19, at 5:00 pm.
2. Vice minister, Shin Jae-yoon is holding a meeting of high-level officials from 2:00 pm, on December 19.
3. Vice minister, Shin Jae-yoon will hold a meeting very early in the morning on December 20 to examine financial and economic situations and discuss proper actions.
