SEOUL, KOREA - Kia Motors released on June 13 its brand-new mid-sized sedan "The New K5" that is a facelift model coming in three years. The sales of K5 have dropped by 38 percent in the January-May period of this year compared to a year ago.
Kia Motors expects the release of "The New K5" to contribute to turning up its declining sales. Kia Motors picked a famous Korean actor Hyun Bin as its new model for the promotion of "The New K5."
The retail price of "The New K5" is as follows: 21.95 million won-27.85 million won for gasoline CWL model, and 27.95 million won-29.95 million won for gasoline turbo GDI model.
The gasoline high-end (Nobless) model features a front parking assistance system, a memory seat for drivers side, and ventilation seats for passengers.
