Drakensang Online Lands in Korea

SEOUL, KOREA- An action MMORPG game Drakensang, which was hailed by 18 million users worldwide, landed in Korea.A CBT media showcase for Drakensang was held on July 22 at the new NHN Hangame building in Pangyo in Gyeonggi Province.

Drakensang, which signed an agreement with Germany’s Bigpoint, one of Europe’s largest online game companies on June 17, is a well-made game played by about 10,000 users per day. Drakensang is a web browser-based action MMORPG game that can be run without separate client download.

With its own engine Nebula, Drakensang boasts splendid 3D graphics and a deep view of the world. Drakensang CBT will run for 11 days from August 2 to 12. The server will open for 24 hours a day during this period. Drakensang has three game characters—dragon knight, spellweaver, and ranger. With a total of 16 maps and seven dungeons, Drakensang is available in four PVP types.
